Yoga Classes –
Sri Sai Narayana Organization is inviting all who are interested in learning very traditional Yoga to come and join the classes conducted at SSNO. Yoga classes are conducted every Saturday at our Multipurpose Hall, by Mrs. Karthika, an experienced yoga instructor.
The practice of yoga benefits both physically and mentally. In addition to increased strength and flexibility, yoga calms the mind and increases energy and discipline. This ancient practice is as applicable as ever today.
So, join us Saturday mornings at 8:00 AM on an empty stomach. There are no restrictions on age or gender and all are welcome. No prior experience is necessary. Just bring a yoga mat, a towel, and a completed release form.
