Sri Sai Narayana Organization encourages people to practice meditation and yoga to maintain a healthy lifestyle, by conducting traditional yoga classes. SSNO started conducting yoga classes since 2009, and a number of people took advantage of our simple and no-nonsense traditional yoga practices. We have an experienced yoga instructor, Mrs. Karthika Mohanachandran, who has been teaching yoga and meditation classes at our Organization since 2014.

Karthika Mohanachandran after being introduced to yoga and meditation in 2009 – a life-changing experience – she obtained her yoga teacher’s training certificate and earned a Graduate degree from Sri Vivekananda Yoga Anusandhana Samsthana (www.svyasa.org) in Bangalore, India. Since then, she has introduced many students to the blissful experience of Yoga through her classes, focusing on traditional yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation. She creates a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere for each student, raising their awareness and helping them experience the healing aspects of Yoga.

Classes are open to students of all ages. No prior experience is necessary.  Students must come to class on an empty stomach and with a yoga mat. New students are currently being accepted. For more information, read this or contact us.
